This full cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist position seeks a dynamic person who has a passion for talent acquisition, is self-directed, and highly motivated to team success with exceptional organizational abilities and attention to details. You will engage and partner with credit union leaders to attract and hire top talent for the credit union. As being part of a dynamic HR team, you will have opportunities to grow your HR acumen by supporting other HR operational responsibilities.
Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.). One to three years’ experience in recruiting, sales, or marketing. May consider an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
