E3 Recruitment Looking for Project Co-ordinator at Sheffield, South Yorkshire Full Time

An opportunity for a Project Co-Ordinator to join our global Client that design, manufacture and deliver world-class steel forgings and castings.

Our client have already engaged in the delivery of a wide range of high profile projects and on the back of this they have been recently awarded another major contract and thus are looking to add a Project Co-Ordinator on a permanent position.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business, that established Sheffield’s reputation as a Steel making power house.

They offer an unparallel service in the world of complex steel and take on projects other steel companies cannot do due to the intellectual capacity and the nous the company have.

Currently with a head count of 600 plus employees and working in specialist areas of Defence, Civil Nuclear and the Renewables market.

DUTIES INCLUDE FOR THE ROLE OF PROJECT Co-Ordinator :

• Provide admin support to the Sales & Bid team, enabling the team to maximise sales/bids and improve the customer experience by releasing the team of administrative burden.
• General office / administrative support.
• Scope covers all products (as required).
• Support invoicing process as required.
• Liaise with project team to ensure handover of new projects/purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Support the development of sales/bids process’ within new ERP.
• Ensure authorisation procedures are adhered to.
• Key point of contact for all internal stakeholders in matters relating to the sales enquiry / bid process.

KEEN TO SPEAK TO PROJECT Co-Ordinator :

• Experience and background in back office support to sales + bids teams.
• Castings/Forgings/General Engineering industry experience.
• Office/Administration/Invoicing experience.
• Supporting Sales Teams.
• Knowledge of Bid Documentation.
• Solid on Microsoft Office package.

THE OFFER FOR THE ROLE OF PROJECT Co-Ordinator :

• Basic Salary up to £25,000 per annum.
• Shift work – Average of 37 hours a week
