What You Will Be Doing
- Source candidates and cultivate talent pipelines, particularly in engineering functions
- Collaborate with and manage talent partners, such as contingency agencies
- Track, share, and improve key recruiting metrics to optimize the recruiting process and forecast hiring
- Develop and implement ideas to grow employee engagement and happiness
- Help close candidates
- Build, refine, and run the recruiting process end to end
What You Need for this Position
- Excel at relationship cultivation
- Are great at selling the Beacons vision and opportunity
- Have experience doing full cycle recruiting for technical functions
- Are creative in implementing new initiatives to build talent pipelines
- Have experience building recruiting functions from the ground up at other early stage startups
- Are extremely organized and process driven
- Are analytical in understanding and optimizing the full talent funnel
