This role will see you supporting full end-to-end employment cycle functions, systems and projects for our national and international offices whilst working alongside a hardworking, enthusiastic, dedicated and friendly team. You will be a self-motivated HR generalist, passionate about everyday learning and enjoy being constantly busy, so you need to have strong organisational, time management and multi-tasking capabilities along with a resilient, positive and flexible attitude.

About the Role

The role includes:

• Manage, continuously improve, maintain and a point of contact for our HRIS, ATS and other HR systems and develop, update and provide systems training
• Preparation of employment contracts, letters and HR correspondence and provide advice to managers and staff on general HR matters
• Develop HR policies, procedures, contracts, checklists, templates and ensure they are reviewed regularly and maintained in accordance with law
• Provide advice and support to staff and managers on general HR and employee relations matters e.g., entitlements, visas, performance management, recruitment, grievances, discipline and disputes etc.
• End to end recruitment and selection activities e.g., conduct phone screening, conducting interviews, reference checks, assessments, offers etc.
• Manage visa queries and responsible for maintaining and updating visa database and ensuring compliance
• Conduct various national and international HR research, benchmarking analysis and develop recommendations as required
• Provide various support for all national and international HR projects, events etc. as required and support to HR staff across all offices
• Keep up-to-date with legislation, HR industry developments, news and innovations and provide suggestions from these
• Assist team to implement HR process improvements across the full end to end employment cycle functions and add value to the employee experience
• Prepare national and international HR reporting & analytics as required
• Liaise effectively and efficiently with internal and external parties
• Maintain discretion and strict confidentiality in relation to all staff employment information and HR matters
• General HR Administration team support and other relevant duties as required

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
• Demonstrated prior experience in a similar role/duties
• Solid experience in using HR Systems and contributing to policy, employment contract and template development
• Excellent understanding, knowledge and experience in employment legislation, workplace relations, general HR principles and processes
• Proactive, positive attitude, flexible, dedicated, and hardworking
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Highly self-motivated to provide exceptional service, continuous improvement, and high quality of work
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Intermediate or above proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated discretion when dealing with confidential matters
• Knowledge and experience in payroll beneficial
