Sutherland Child Care Centre Hiring for Cert III Child Care Educator or a Trainee Job at Sutherland Full Time

– Cert III trained or a traineeship offered to the right candidate

– Full-time

– Immediate start or January 2022 start

Successful candidates must have:

– Current qualifications for Cert III and Diploma traineeship offered to the right candidate

– If you have passion for working with children traineeship is offered to complete Cert III

– Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training, (valid within 3 years)

– Current CPR certificate (valid within 1 year)

– Experience working with 2-6 years old

– Experience with programming, documenting, observations and learning stories

The right candidate will have:

– A genuine passion for early childhood education

– The ability to integrate into and work as a part of a strong staff team

– Knowledge and understanding of current EYLF and be able to implement into children’s daily routines and curriculum

– Exceptional communication skills

The right candidate will be:

– Adaptable, comfortable working with ages 2-6

– Consistent, maintaining exceptional standards always

– Proactive and able to apply initiative where appropriate

– Respectful and supportive of the Sutherland Child Care Centre ethics and standards of operations.
