About the Role

We are looking for someone that is optimistic and passionate about making a difference in the lives of students. You will be at the forefront of our operations as you recruit new transportation service providers to provide transportation to the students we service in the Southern California area.

Requirements

What you will do Day-to-Day

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process of transportation providers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the driver talent needs for each market

• Network with industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
• Maintain and promote referral initiatives
• Participate in job fairs, conferences, and other networking events to support recruiting initiatives
• Cold call and network with transportation providers
• Coordinate with internal groups to facilitate the onboarding process
• Develop and track recruiting metrics and produce analysis to be used for best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3+ years in a recruiting or B2B sales role
• Bilngual, preferred
• Self-starter & goal driven
• Excellent recruiting and negotiating skills
• Team oriented
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent presentation skills both in-person and via video
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word

• Must have the ability to travel frequently within the assigned market to meet with transportation service providers
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean driving record

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant years of experience in a professional role.

• Experience in the passenger transportation industry is a plus.

Compensation: Base Salary $40,000 – $60,000 + Commission
