This is a permanent full-time position and we promote a hybrid model of working from home and within our offices in Narre Warren or Pakenham. Reporting to the People & Capability Manager, you will play a pivotal role in being the sole practitioner responsible for attracting the best talent in these dynamic times of great change and expansion.
This is a purely recruitment focused role, where you’ll partner with leaders in the business in the delivery of recruitment solutions across multiple disciplines. The role also encompasses onboarding and Induction activities, providing vital monthly workforce statistical and analytical data including recruitment reports. This role will also give you an opportunity to explore and upskill yourself within the “workforce planning” space.
In line with Windermere’s 2020 – 2023 Strategic Plan ‘Doing It Better Together’, you will be presented with the opportunity to work on many exciting and innovative P&C projects to enhance Windermere’s People Experience (EX).
