The Head of Finance will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate financial reporting, preparing budgets, and managing financial statements. Additional responsibilities include creating financial strategies to support sustainable growth, analyzing financial data for decision-making, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and BudgetingDemonstrated expertise in Finance and Analytical SkillsExcellent understanding of financial regulations and best practicesProficient in financial software and toolsEffective communication and leadership skills to manage a teamRelevant qualifications such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CA) is highly desirableExperience in the non-profit or animal welfare sector is advantageous
