Short Description: Explore innovative methods as per staffing plan to fulfill requirements for the particular unit in the region. Ensure process compliance within guidelines.
Role & Responsibilities:
Skills /Competencies/ Experience:
PREFERRED SKILLS
1. 7+ years of experience in Recruitment in an agency environment or internal, at least 02 years of team management experience
2. Familiarity with end to end recruitment lifecycle and graduate hiring
3. Negotiation skills
4. Experience of working at different sourcing platforms (LinkedIn)
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
