SPEC Hiring for Hiring Junior Recruiter! 100% Remote! Job at Phoenix, AZ Full Time
We are currently seeking a new Junior Recruiter for a promising Remote position with their growing staff.
Pay $35,000+ per year plus Commission
Responsibilities
- Consult with Managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
- Source candidates by using databases and social media
- Evaluate and screen candidates
- Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
- Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to Hiring Managers
- Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
- Assist in development and implementation of Human Resource policies
Qualifications:
- Computer and Tech savvy
- Microsoft Office/Suite proficient
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
