Crown Melbourne has a number of exciting opportunities for self- motivated individuals to join us as Cage Cashiers.

The Cage Cashier is accountable for providing cashier services and delivering exceptional customer experiences in line with Crown’s
outstanding service values. Cage Cashiers work a 24/7 rotating roster, with this position being a Part Time 3 band role. (96 – 144 hours per four-week roster).

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing exceptional customer service to patrons
• Complying with legislative and Crown’s requirements, policies, and procedures
• Accountability for the efficiency and accuracy of transactions
• Assisting Cage Team Members and other internal departments across the business with operational requests
• The ability to work within a close-knit team of professionals

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service position
• 24/7 availability, and able to work shifts 8hrs hours in length
• Excellent numerical skills
• Sound cash handling experience
• Intermediate computer skills
• Demonstrated experience within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to hold and maintain a VCGLR Casino Licences.
