Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Wallenstein ON with the ability to work from an established home Office
Reports To: Customer Service Manager
Responsibilities:
· Partners with the dispatcher and sales teams to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
· Act as the liaison between Enviro-Eze and our customers.
· Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and service knowledge requests.
· Provides timely feedback to appropriate company personnel regarding service failures or customer concerns.
· Enter customer transportation orders from email correspondence or phone calls.
· Communicate with customers regarding shipment status, delays, or any other issues as they arise.
· Communicate with dispatchers regarding shipment details and act as a liaison between dispatch and customers.
· Act as main contact with customers until shipment is completed and refer them to other departments regarding past shipments when necessary
· Other duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
· A self-starter, who is disciplined and effective at problem solving.
· Excellent communication skills including effective listening skills are necessary to determine the needs of our customers.
· Good organization and time management skills are required.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and generally comfortable with computers and learning how to utilize pertinent software programs.
