We are looking for a Finance Officer to join our Finance team in 2022. This is an excellent development opportunity within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing review and approvals including day-to-day liaison with project teams, trouble-shooting and problem resolution (including managing our Accounts Receivable inbox)
• Data transfer and reconciliations between systems
• Monitoring projects to ensure data is accurate, including status, revenue and expense set up, milestone dates and project closing reconciliations
• General finance administrative tasks, as required

You are:

• Flexible and adaptable
• Process-oriented, with willingness to propose and implement process improvements
• Proactive, with a problem-solving attitude
• Highly attentive to detail
• A good communicator and able to work collaboratively with other Finance Team members

And the practical experience:

• Experience with invoicing or finance administration is essential
• Experience with FinancialForce or similar accounting software package and/or Kimble/Salesforce or similar project management system will be highly regarded
• Experience in a consulting/professional services business will be highly regarded
