Job Purpose:
Gather and analyze financial information to help provide assistance with decision-making and direction toward the best options. Developing projections and alternatives. Offering a multitude of extended warranties and protection plans. Work side-by-side with the sales team to best assist customers and gather all information needed to complete deal paperwork.
Duties:
* Update job knowledge by studying new regulations; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
* Maintain a highly organized office and paperwork process to protect sensitive information.
* Work side-by-side with the sales department calculating different purchase and lease scenarios for customers. Help customers determine the best course of action by offering advice and assistance.
* Stay up to date with monthly rebates and incentives or any special financial programs GM is offering. Maintain good relations with the various lenders we utilize.
* Assist customers with financing, credit applications, contracts and necessary paperwork
* Assist in the composition of monthly advertising and promotions
* Have a good understanding of technology and properly utilize the systems in place to accomplish a multitude of tasks including but not limited to; data tracking, customer information and follow up, composing forms, communicating with lenders, review analytics to see where improvement is needed and set goals, etc…
Skills/Qualifications:
Experience in the financing and leasing field is required with additional training available.
Financial Planning and Strategy, Reporting Skills, Informing Others, Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Corporate Finance, Financial Diagnosis, Analyzing Information , Statistical Analysis, Process Improvement, Teamwork, etc.
