A role you will love

This role will sit in the Asia Pacific ER team encompassing Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and China.

Their aim is to deliver an excellent experience for employees, managers and senior leaders, making it as easy as possible for our people to do what they need to do.

You will support the ANZ Employee Relations team with the administration related to ER case management, reporting, policy reviews and people change activities across business functions.

Some other key responsibilities:

• Provide first line support and advice to managers for general queries related to policies and ER resources
• Prepare and maintain change documentation to support the end-to-end process of implementing people change programs / restructures
• Provide support for Workcover claims nationally
• Coordinate monthly reporting requirements for the global ER team
• Work closely with the ER team to update ER policy documents and ensure these are communicated to employees/ managers
• Support and contribute to relevant People team projects as required

Other key skills required include:

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or some relevant experience
• Ability to work with a range of stakeholders and colleagues
• Able to multi-task and prioritise to meet demands
• An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data protection
• Good computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
• Highly organised with a methodical approach and an eye for detail
• Able to work as part of a team, self-motivated and able to use your own initiative
• A continuous improvement mindset
