ensures products meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and customer expectations throughout the manufacturing process.
ensuring the quality and integrity of the packaging process and machinery.
Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
Test and verify the performance of packaging machines and equipment.
QC Instruments provides equipment for testing PET bottles and preforms, including burst testers, top load testers, and bottle thickness gauges.
Examine products or materials, parts, subassemblies, and packaging for damage, defects, or shortages, using specification sheets, gauges, and standards charts.
inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity.
Maintain, test and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices.
Attempt repairs on broken or damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs.
Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards.
Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately.
Manage our quality assurance division and ensure all employees meet their required quotas.
Provide training and support to QA team.
Create an effective, efficient testing protocol to be used across all product lines.
Measurement and Instruments micro meter, bore gauge, Vernier caliper , check specific dimensions, threads, and other features of parts, linear dimensions like length, diameter, depth, Steel Scale, etc.
Drawing reading.
