Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible for Katch Kan equipment installations, re-certification of equipment, production and field customer relations.

Installation, service, removal of Katch Kan products onsite at drilling rigs
Maintain and repair products.
Assist in vehicle and trailer upkeep.
Perform assessments at each rig to determine the product requirements of the rig.
Comply with all safe work practices.
Comply with company policies and regulations.
Completion of field activity reports and other documentation as required into CRM system.
Support production, service and shipping.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 &14001 is preferred.
Other related duties as required.
Education and Experience
Minimum two (2) years’ experience on land or offshore drilling rigs is preferred.
Sales and customer service experience an asset.
Mechanically inclined
High school diploma or equivalent is required, post-secondary education an asset.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients of all types.
Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated organization and multitasking abilities.
Energetic and able to works well in a fast-paced changing environment.
Computer skills are required (Microsoft Office products)
CRM (Customer Relationship Management program) experience is preferred.
Previous experience with multiple apple devices is an asset.
Must be able to complete paperwork and documentation.
Work Safe and environmentally conscious.
Knowledge of company products is an asset.
