We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR Team to help with these opening and continue with recruitment throughout our other sites. You will also be involved with the brand identity, ensuring we recruit to our Values, making sure they are SuperBike right! This role reports into the Head of Talent and you will solely be responsible for recruitment.

Progression within this role is a given. The Talent Team will continue to grow with the expansion of the business.

The Role – Talent Acquisition Executive:

• Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
• Ensuring that potential job candidates are an excellent match for SuperBike Factory
• Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates
• Holding recruitment open days for the New Openings
• Ensuring all new empoyees are fully onboarded and sail through their inductions
• Meeting with Candidates that apply for the roles
• Headhunting specific candidates for high-end job roles, such as senior management positions
• Managing and maintaining Talos ATS System
• Have an interest in social media and work alongside the marketing team to actively communicate our value and ethics.
• Getting involved with the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and being an ambassador for SuperBike Factory
• Managing all application through U-Check, chasing outstanding Reference and DBS Checks
• Manage Bright HR daily and input new data when necessary
• Enter all Right to Work checks into Bright HR and record any reoccurring RTW issues.
• Co-ordinate the on-boarding of new employees with the Talent Development Manager
• Enter all new employee documents on to Bright HR and be responsible for the upkeep of the system
• Help manage the upkeep of the internal intranet

What we are looking for:

• Qualifications and Skills required:
• Experience of working within an inhouse HR/Recruitment Team.
• At Least 2 years’ experience in a resource/recruitment role.
• Excellent excel and word skills, advanced level preferable.
• Working in a fast-paced environment is essential, you will often need to think on your feet, and be confident with the decisions you make.
• Good time management of your workload and being able to prioritise the more relevant tasks
• Ability to manage up, know your own limits in your role, ask for help when you need it
• A genuine love for Bikes will go a long way.
