Job Description: Recruiter

Summary:

The Recruiter role is the administrative component of the Company’s Human Resources recruitment, hiring process and HR Department. Responsible for the posting of talent acquisition requisitions, review and screening, and scheduling of applicants seeking employment at Resurgence California, LLC. In addition, the Recruiter is responsible for collaborating with the hiring managers of all clinical, medical and administrative departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and release job postings on external and internal platforms through HRIS Paycom

• Pre-Screen job seekers and applicants, qualify, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping and initiating phone screen to initial Manager level interviews

• Facilitate final offer negotiation, background check initiation, reference checks and orientation coordination

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers/HR for growing needs, present and future

• Coordinate on-site, phone, and video interviews with the Hiring Managers

• Post Job Descriptions and make necessary updates to Job Descriptions

• Collaborate with internal management teams to identify qualified candidates

• Follow up on interview process status and update records in HRIS Paycom

• Provide a weekly update to Team Leader on the current status of all open requisitions and any outstanding offers.

• Draft, finalize and collect offer letters of employment and send HR department for processing

• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required

• Bachelor’s Degree from a 4 year college or university, preferred

• At least 2 years experience facilitating the recruitment process within an HR Department or Operations

• Experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS, iCims, Taleo, ADP, Paycom

• Proficient on Google Suite, Microsoft Office, HR/Payroll Software and Programs

• Keystroke a minimum of 50 wpm.

• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
