Rushcliffe Spencer Academy is a highly successful 11-18 comprehensive school located in West Bridgford, Nottingham. Rushcliffe Spencer Academy has been judged outstanding in all areas by Ofsted and, in 2021, was reaccredited as a World Class School for the second time.
We require an efficient, positive and committed HR Assistant who will assist the Principal and Central HR Team with providing operational HR support. This is a varied role with a particular focus on employee relations, safer recruitment and payroll. We are currently offering a one-year contract due to maternity cover however as a growing school this may lead to further opportunities.
