The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the talent acquisition efforts of the Company as a core element of the overall Talent Management Strategy. The TA Manager will develop a continuous pipeline of highly qualify candidates through the engagement with the Company’s teams to identify, engage, select, analyze, and introduce qualified candidates for open positions and expected talent needs of the Company into the near future. The TA Manager will drive process improvements in talent acquisition, strategic planning, recruiting and manage the additional resources we may leverage such as executive placement agency relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs of roles to be filled

• Responsible for the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions
• Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates
• Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital media for open positions
• Manages and selects placement agencies to assist with recruitment process
• Vets potential employee credentials
• Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates
• Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace
• Attends job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booth at job fairs
• Develops and oversees internship program in partnership with hiring managers
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
• Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Desirable:

• At least 3 years of related recruiting experience, with prior experience in technical roles a plus
• Existing relationships in the cybersecurity job market
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in related technical or human resources field

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
