Accounts Payable Assistant – rewarding work

• The Accounts Payable Assistant will mainly support Accounts Payable and work directly with the Controller on other ad hoc accounting needs

Responsibilities:

• High volume data entry of accounts payable invoices
• Match invoices to packing slips and file of documentation
• Assist in preparing accounts payable check runs and mailings
• Print accounts payable reports and maintain accounts payable files

Experience preferred:

• Attention to detail, deadline driven and strong follow-up skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• 10-key by touch
