As a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to hiring leaders which includes understanding their business, team dynamics and talent acquisition needs. You will be responsible for executing aggressive direct sourcing strategies leveraging digital tools; engaging referrals and professional communities to build a diverse slate of candidates in addition to building competitive intelligence to the external talent marketplace. Collaboration with hiring leaders will be key as you will lean on your strong interpersonal and communications skills to communicate each candidate’s experience and qualifications for the opportunity and advise on candidate background, expertise, and career potential. You will manage and negotiate both the selection and offer process including but not limited to candidate compensation, benefits, and relocation. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates by providing superior candidate care including clearly defining position requirements and recruiting process, timely updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology or related field of study or relevant, equivalent work experience
