We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our TA expert team for Siemens Mobility Limited in the UK. Reporting to the TA Manager, you will be the lead TA contact for all recruiting activities fpor our Rail Infrastucure business including the branding, attraction and selection strategy and recruiting delivery.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter, with demonstrable experience of the full 360 recruiting process to partner closely with the business and HR to develop and implement effective Talent Acquisition strategies. Experience with utilizing different sourcing channels, including headhunting and social media techniques is key. Knowledge of the engineering sector markets would be an advantage, as is experience in both an agency and inhouse environment.

What are my responsibilities?
  • End to end responsibility for the recruiting process and execution of TA strategy for the assigned business unit
  • Consultation and support of hiring managers in the recruiting process
  • Sourcing and management of candidate pools including proactive sourcing and talent pipelining
  • Assessment and selection of candidates
  • Leveraging the employer brand and unique EVP
  • Candidate relationship management
