Looking for a detailed-orientated AP Coordinator to supervise our accounts payable department in the Omaha/Bellevue area. Qualified applicants must be proficient in Microsoft applications, bank reconciliations, accounts payable processes, and general accounting principles. An accounting/finance degree or 3 years of accounting experience is required. Experience with QuickBooks and Concur is preferred. Job Description:

• Manage AP function
• Develop, generate, and manage timely accounting reports
• General ledger journal entries and credit card and bank account reconciliations
• Accounts payable coding and data entry
• Ensure vendor invoices and contractual obligations are organized, approved, and paid in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets
• Assist with support for audit and income tax return preparation as necessary
• Coordinate annual tax reporting
• Assist in streamlining the accounts payable process, including implementing automation tools when possible
• Work with others to resolve account issues when necessary
• Provide customer service to vendors
