The Opportunity*

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our team and bring their skills and experience in talent acquisition as part of the Corporate Services division that provides support across the LifeFlight Group of companies. Our Recruitment Co-ordinator will work on processes to assist the end-to-end recruitment of high caliber people, onboarding, employee value proposition and employer branding. They will also assess and anticipate the organisations future talent aquisition related needs.

Within the People and Culture Team there will be support from People & Culture Business Partners and Administration. Our Recruitment Co-ordinator will work across the organisation which includes aviation, aircraft engineering, foundation and corporate personnel employed on a mix of industrial instruments including Award, Enterprise Agreement and Common Law Contracts.

About You

• You will have prior experience in recruitment and onboarding (at least 3 – 5 years) partnering with leaders in all aspects of end-to-end recruitment
• For recruitment this includes; Reviewing position descriptions, drafting advertisements, conducting market salary reviews for pay parity, ensuing salary packaging achieves total equivalent packages, supporting with job requisitions, confirming panel attendees (and placeholding their time), shortlisting applicants, phone screening, scheduling interviews, creating interview guides, participating in interviews and drafting contracts
• For onboarding this includes; Ensuring all documentation is returned by the new employee prior to their commencement, providing relevant departmental information ready for commencement, diarising important dates for the new employee experience, conducting group inductions and supporting leaders with specific departmental inductions
• Having had exposure to candidate management software you maximise opportunities to create efficiencies and shortlist the highest caliber talent
• You always ensure the candidate experience is at the forefront of your activities and initiatives whilst seamlessly supporting your internal stakeholders
• You drive continuous improvement through talent acquisition processes and enjoy coaching leaders to secure the best talent
• You have a strong ability to build credible and trusting working relationships with candidates and leaders
• Using your knowledge and experience of contemporary talent acquisition practices you support the overall business with strong employee value propositions (EVP) and employer branding (with support from the People and Culture Team)
• Your experience coaching leaders and delivering talent acquisition training has seen your past business’ enhance the caliber of people they attract and appoint
• Your effective organisational skills enable timely delivery of support to the business
• You have strong systems platforms knowledge and an ability to analyse and interpret people metrics to inform recommendations and decisions
• You have had exposure to salary packaging and understand the benefits in the NFP sector
• You have also had exposure to Awards and Enterprise Agreements and are confident to assess classification levels and/or seek guidance
• You have excellent communication/interpersonal skills
