Position: Student Opportunity: Part-time Scheduler

Rate of Pay: $16.04/hour

Current Location: North York

Hours and Days of Work

– Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm to 7pm

Qualifications

• enrolled in a degree or diploma with a focus on business administration, Human Resources or a related field
• strong written and oral communication as well as problem solving skills
• proficient in the use of Microsoft word, excel and outlook
• experience using HRIS or scheduling software is an asset
• must have the ability to work as a team and independently
• french language is an asset
• *applicants must be students and meet the criteria of HRDC*

Job Duties

• ensure that all vacant shifts are covered for all regions
• ensure that all leave of absences for each region is covered
• other duties as assigned
