The Recruiter is a community facing role to ensure proactive sourcing and candidate cultivation. The Recruiter will establish and foster partnerships with key organizations, and help expand our social media and online engagement strategies, with a focus on building our home care staff and diverse talent pools. The Recruiter will lead proactive recruitment efforts, including resume mining, talent network engagement and recruitment event planning and execution for all Allwel roles, focusing on our Home Care Aides.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Candidate and Community Cultivation – Build a pipeline of exceptional and diverse talent
• Social Media and Online Engagement
• Talent Operations and Logistics Support

Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor degree preferred

· 2 years of professional experience required, including social media management

· 2 years of proactive candidate recruitment/engagement, and/or community engagement

· Demonstrated experience in community facing recruitment strategies

· Customer Service experience

· Willingness to travel to offsite events greater than 50% of the time
