Job Description

Position Purpose
Increase the visibility of Product and Service Quality at an Operational level with a focus on Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) and Process Compliance at CHEP Service Centres and the 3PL network. Provide support to correct product Quality issues at customers.

Major/Key Accountabilities

• Create and deliver Quality / Compliance Training materials to Operations Personnel
• Create, implement, and support compliance to Quality Best Practices, Standard Procedures, and materials at regional CHEP & 3PL Service Centres
• Deliver unannounced Service Centre compliance audits (Product and Process)
• Support product and process strategies/ rollouts
• Support Product/Service Failure Investigations by CHEP Operations through completion and resolution. Provide training and coaching as needed.
• Investigate and capture field intelligence (AQL, QMS, Damage Ratio)
• Complete Product Audits and Quality Issue Resolution at customers.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree / College Diploma in Operations and / or Supply Chain or equivalent work experience with focus on Quality.

Augmenter la visibilité de la qualité des produits et des services au niveau opérationnel en mettant l’accent sur le niveau de qualité acceptable (NQA) et la conformité des processus dans les centres de service CHEP et le réseau 3PL. Fournir un soutien pour corriger les problèmes de qualité des produits chez les clients.

Principales responsabilités

• Créer et fournir des documents de formation sur la qualité / la conformité au personnel des opérations
• Créer, mettre en œuvre et soutenir la conformité aux meilleures pratiques de qualité, aux procédures standard et aux matériaux dans les centres de service CHEP et 3PL régionaux
• Réaliser des audits de conformité inopinés du centre de service (produit et processus)
• Soutenir les stratégies/déploiements de produits et de processus
• Soutenir les enquêtes sur les défaillances de produits/services par les opérations CHEP jusqu’à leur achèvement et leur résolution. Offrir de la formation et du coaching au besoin
• Enquêter et capturer des renseignements sur le terrain (AQL, QMS, Damage Ratio)
• Compléter les audits de produits et la résolution des problèmes de qualité chez les clients.

Qualifications
Baccalauréat / Diplôme d’études collégiales en opérations et / ou en chaîne d’approvisionnement ou expérience de travail équivalente avec un accent sur la qualité.
