The Opportunity

If you are a self-motivated, forward thinking Talent Acquisition Specialist who is ready to make a difference, this could be the opportunity for you.

This multifaceted role will see you leading and delivering end to end recruitment and onboarding services, market mapping and strategically sourcing talent, whilst also mapping ahead and driving enhancements to our talent acquisition processes and efficiencies.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating innovating strategies to attract the right talent for a diverse range of operational roles;
• Market mapping, proactively sourcing and maintaining high quality pipelines of engaged and qualified candidates;
• Mentoring the Recruitment Coordinator and hiring leaders on best practice recruitment techniques;
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver current and future workforce requirements
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring great candidate care, and hiring manager experiences;
• Creating and implementing best in class practices, leveraging new technologies and selection methodologies, with a primary focus on operational excellence.

What you’ll need to succeed

You are a talented, resourceful, strategic talent leader with experience in proactive sourcing, end to end recruitment and client and candidate management. As a business savvy, solutions-focused and results driven professional, you are meticulously organised and have the ability to meet deadlines, communicate effectively, and manage conflicting priorities.
