Technical Talent Acquisition Consultant – Remote – Permanent Full Time

Who You Are

Ideally, you’re a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition consultant with deep experience across either Software Engineering, Product or Data who genuinely loves what you do. You’re looking for a chance to roll up your sleeves, flex your headhunting skills and create great recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring leaders alike.

In a typical day you should expect to:

• Use your problem solving skills
• Leverage data and insights to drive the right outcomes
• Using your strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Be a brand ambassador for the Domain Group – living and breathing our values and reflecting that on social platforms and in the market
• Be comfortable in an ever changing and fast paced environment
• Be an absolute whizz at proactive sourcing and headhunting across LinkedIn, Google x-Ray, meet-ups and beyond
• Passionate about building diverse teams across age, race, gender and background
• Be a trusted advisor to stakeholders with passion for building longstanding relationships

The slightly longer answer; first and foremost the wider Talent Acquisition and People Experience team plus your stakeholders who range from individual contributors up to Head of level and even sometimes C-suite across your core business units; Tech, Product, Design and Data.
