Required skills and qualifications:

• Bilingual an asset but not mandatory
• Previous customer service experience and ability to build a rapport with clients
• Customer oriented personality
• Basic experience with MS Excel
• Team player mentality

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Providing customer service and support to allocated group of dedicated client accounts
• Entering customers orders into the company system
• Occasionally purchasing special orders from suppliers
• Following up outstanding quotes with clients
• Some administrative tasks are required (filing, scanning, sorting paperwork, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned
