We are looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Recruitment to join our Chicago team!

Responsibilities include:

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of new and experienced Recruiters and Coordinators
• Work closely with Market President and Regional Clinical Director to ensure team is hitting regional KPIs and goals such as new hires, renewals, fall offs, backouts and gross margin profit
• Work closely with Recruiters, on a team and individual bases, to develop recruiting strategy, review high level metrics, review individual productivity towards goal and assist with specific needs, such as sourcing help, brainstorming strategies, role playing talk tracks, and onboarding and compliance questions
• Recruit on hard to fill or high-volume job orders while also managing therapists on assignment as needed
• Review high level regional metrics, hiring results, leads, gross margins, terminations and backouts while investigating trends, opportunities to improve results, and training needs
• Consistently source new candidates for all regional openings by utilizing resources like Indeed, Linkedin, Careerbuilder while partnering with Director of Marketing to assist with the overall lead generation marketing strategy for region
• Ensure recruiting team is updated, trained and following company policies, procedures, onboarding and compliance requirements, and retention strategy
• Assist with any escalated issues with therapists, clients, HR, Compliance, Billing, Quality, Clinical, Payroll or internally
• Host weekly meetings, recruiting huddles, team trainings and one-on-ones
• Find new and fun ways to motivate team and drive results needed to achieve regional goals while holding performers accountable for their individual results
• Partner with Account Executives to ensure clients’ needs are being met, submittals are matching requests and get insight on needs from recruiting team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years in a leadership role with 3+ years as an individual producer within a high-volume staffing/recruiting organization
• Proven experience driving results to hit team goals, managing high volume projects and exhibiting quick problem-solving skills
• Ability to build internal relationships by setting high standards of outstanding communication, documentation, follow-up, and collaboration
• Experience working with advanced recruitment technology and applicant Tracking and Management systems
• Experience in training and development, hosting training events and sharing high level recap of regional performance to team and executive leadership
• Bring a positive and engaging attitude to rally team around company mission of transforming the lives of the children, districts and communities we serve

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
