Job Description
We are seeking proactive and result-oriented individuals for Human Resource Management, Business Planning, and Marketing Strategy roles at NeuroLinkX IT Solutions & Services. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, and contribute to business growth by planning and executing marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
Support business strategy development and execution
Contribute to digital marketing & branding initiatives
Assist in project planning, client coordination, and reporting
Work closely with leadership to align HR & business goals
Required Skills:
Human Resource Management knowledge (hiring, policies, employee relations)
Understanding of Business Planning & Operations
Strong skills in Marketing, Communication, and Strategic Thinking
Ability to multitask and work in a startup-driven environment
