At RACQ we have ambitious plans to continue with the evolution of our Talent Acquisition function and this role will have the opportunity to help shape our future. You will play a central role in attracting top talent in line with our ‘new ways of working’ approach, help deliver on some new diversity initiatives, assist with system and process optimisation and, importantly, work with a great team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join us on a flexible, full-time basis. This is an initial six (6) month contract, with the possibility of extension.
This role isn’t just about ‘filling jobs’, it is a true business partnering role. What is most important is your ability to develop strong relationships and deliver a personalised, high-touch recruitment service to key stakeholders within your portfolio. We’ll support you all the way with the backing of a great team, whilst providing you with the flexibility to manage your life outside of work as well. (Ask us about our WeFlex program!)
