THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER

We are looking for our new VP of Talent Acquisition to manage our global recruiting. Your main tasks in the role will be:

• Design and implement the global recruitment strategy to meet our scale-up hiring targets
• Advise our leadership on hiring strategies in alignment with their growth expectations
• Support headcount and forecasting planification
• Measure success and process quality by setting up the right KPIs
• Scale, lead and mentor the global Talent Acquisition team of +20 people
• Drive our Employer Branding in crossfunctioal initiatives

• 15+ years of recruiting in a fast-paced international environment
• 7+ years experience leading, scaling and mentoring a team of TA top performers
• Further these skills round your profile:
• You are data driven to the bone – from your experience you know that Talent Acquisition needs good data as decision base
• You bring a strong network and charismatic personality
• You are always up to date of benchmarks, competition and the latest trends in people topics
• You thrive within a hyper growth environment and adjust quickly to changes
• You shine with excellent communication skills in English
