You’ll be focused on recruiting for our Australian organisation, but will also be supporting and executing talent strategies and initiatives. You will partner with colleagues around the world to be courageous and challenge the status-quo, taking the appropriate risks that foster innovation.

You will be the local expert on recruitment within the region and will need to build a deep level of expertise in hiring professionals. You will have a reputation for delivering against the needs of a complex and growing business.
We are a data-driven team, and you will need to leverage metrics to identify areas of opportunity; and then champion and lead solutions accordingly.

We want to be a best-in-class team with people, process and technology. We will constantly evaluate what’s working versus what’s not, understand its impact, and not be afraid to change.

Qualifications

To be successful and have an impact, you’ll need to demonstrate:

• Proven experience in an inhouse recruiter role within a software organisation
• Passion and pride in talent acquisition, with a desire to never stand still!
• A strong orientation towards process, ensuring adoption and adherence
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business priorities
• Ability to problem solve and influence at all levels of the organisation
• Self-starter and able to work with little direction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A collaborative working style, partnering with all HR disciplines in a global environment
