They are well organized, autonomous and have strong administrative capacities. Some of their tasks include: merchandise reservations, merchandise alterations pick-up, on-line purchase pick-up, cash register deposit preparation and employee discounts. Our Customer Service Office Clerks serve as an example of the standard of customer service know as the Simons way: respectful, considerate and always helpful.
