About the role
This is a six-month fixed-term role, with a high potential to extend, reporting into the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition.
You will partner closely with the HR Director and Senior Leadership team to pipeline and recruit top talent, both internal and external, whilst ensuring we provide an outstanding customer experience.
You will identify and create talent pipelines in line with planned business development objectives by providing high-level engagement with local candidates and stakeholders. You will also ensure that the Optus brand is positively positioned, as we continue to attract the right people into the right roles to meet the needs of the business, both now and in the future.
As part of the TA team, you will develop the sourcing plan and strategy for the division and work closely with Senior Leaders and the wider TA team to collaborate and deliver best practice recruitment services
