Richemont – Finance & Administration Director (Jersey)

The Finance & Administration Director will be responsible for all Richemont activities in Jersey and its subsidiaries and ensure that the various entities are fully compliant with laws and Richemont standards.

How will you make an impact? You will:

• Act as a Director of Richemont Luxury Group Limited and its subsidiaries
• Supervise the Finance Manager and support the Finance Manager in the management and development of the Jersey/UK holding company accounting team

• Ensure that appropriate systems are in place for the business to be able to monitor, control and report on all its financial affairs and produce management and financial information that meets the varying needs of the business
• Ensure budgets and forecasts are prepared with due care and monitor the Companies’ performance against targets in order to ensure the financial position is managed effectively and ensure expense control
• Maintain relationship with local Government officials and advisors to ensure smooth development of business opportunities
• Ensure Company statutory submissions including Annual Confirmation, and Tax Returns are submitted promptly and accurately
• Manage the day-to-day activity of the Captive insurance subsidiaries
• Act as the central point of contact for UK broker in respect of Richemont UK entities’ insurance

How will you experience success with us?

• You will be a qualified Accountant with experience as a Senior Manager/Director (and managing a team)
• Captive/insurance experience is a big plus
• You will be available to relocate to Jersey
