Google Ads Specialist – D2C Growth | US & UK MarketsWe are hiring a highly analytical and performance-driven Google Ads Specialist with strong experience managing D2C campaigns for the US & UK markets .This opportunity is ideal for someone who has successfully scaled international eCommerce campaigns, optimized ROAS, and managed high-budget performance marketing initiatives.Role OverviewYou will own end-to-end Google Ads strategy and execution across:Search CampaignsShopping CampaignsPerformance Max (PMax)Display AdsYouTube AdsRemarketing CampaignsYou’ll manage international D2C campaigns with monthly ad spends up to $50,000 , driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and scale Google Ads campaigns across US, UK, and European marketsDrive performance focused on ROAS, CAC, conversions, and revenue growthManage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing campaignsExecute full-funnel PPC strategies for D2C customer acquisitionPerform audience targeting, keyword strategy, and campaign optimizationConduct A/B testing across creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pagesOptimize conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Google AdsCollaborate with creative and CRO teams to improve conversion ratesAnalyze campaign performance and generate actionable insightsStay updated with Google Ads algorithm changes and new growth opportunitiesRequired Skills & Experience :5–7 years of hands-on Google Ads experienceStrong experience handling D2C/eCommerce campaignsMandatory experience scaling campaigns in the US & UK marketsProven success managing high-budget international campaignsStrong expertise in:Google AdsGA4Google Tag Manager (GTM)Google Search ConsoleGoogle Keyword PlannerExperience with conversion tracking and attribution setupStrong analytical and reporting skillsExperience with Shopify-based brands is highly preferredFamiliarity with tools like Hotjar, SEMrush, Ahrefs, VWO, or Microsoft Clarity is an advantageIdeal CandidateWe are specifically looking for candidates who have:Worked extensively on international D2C campaignsManaged performance-focused eCommerce accountsDelivered strong ROAS for branded and non-branded campaignsHands-on experience with Performance Max and Shopping campaignsExperience scaling revenue through data-driven optimizationPlease write to amit.n@careerxperts.com to get connected!
