Medical Knowledge Group Hiring for Financial Analyst Job at Remote Full Time

Medical Knowledge Group (MKG), LLC is comprised of several best-in-class organizations dedicated to addressing the unmet educational needs of physicians and other health care professionals. We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Revenue tracking/recognition and cost analysis, including timesheet reports, time productivity reports, and updating rate cards
• Maintain live financial forecast; provide regular updates to management
• Work closely with account teams on revenue forecasting and accurate financial reporting
• Assist in consolidations and financial statement reporting
• Run financial and operational reports to support agency operations; billability, utilization, budget tracking etc. and provide analysis and insights against benchmarks
• Ensure all reporting activities are accurate and prepared within established timelines
• Assist in preparation of presentations and reporting summaries for executive leadership and board of directors
• Provide proactive analytical support and other ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
• Assist with detailed monthly review of financial results; work with business leaders to complete comprehensive variance analysis versus forecast
• Report on new business pipeline opportunities to management
• Document SOP’s as needed; identify ways to do things more efficiently; continuous improvement
• Support annual budgeting process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• 2 years of previous Financial Analyst experience
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables
• Strong PowerPoint/presentation skills
• Extremely detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills
• Self-starter with strong written and personal communication skills
