- Reception & customer service
- initial contact with prospects & customers
- handle all phone traffic, screen business calls
- schedule appointments for estimates and repair
- update and maintain scheduler/update target delivery sheets
- collect & record payment for jobs, file paperwork
- disburse nationwide warranty
- handle customer inquiries regarding vehicle repair
- Perform check-ins for customer vehicles
Experience/Skills Required
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- experience with Collision Repair Estimating and/or management systems an asset
- ability to prioritize, organize and plan work and work independently
- strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office Software
* Compensation based on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
