Digital Performance Marketing Manager (B2C / Consumer Apps) Full Time

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Performance Marketing Manager who has scaled consumer apps at high velocity and knows how to turn ad spend into predictable growth. This role is ideal for someone who has run and optimized large monthly budgets on Google and Meta, understands app growth economics, and obsesses over CAC, LTV, and ROAS.You will own end-to-end paid growth for our consumer apps, from acquisition strategy to daily optimization, experimentation, and scaling.Key Responsibilities1.⁠ ⁠Paid Acquisition & ScalingOwn and scale paid user acquisition across Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget monthly spends with clear CAC and ROAS targetsScale campaigns profitably while maintaining cost efficiency and retention quality2.⁠ ⁠App Growth OptimizationOptimize for App Installs, In-App Events, Purchases, Subscriptions, and LTVDeep understanding of funnel metrics: CPI, CPA, Conversion Rate, Retention, ARPU, LTVWork closely with product and analytics teams to improve onboarding, activation, and monetization3.⁠ ⁠Performance & ExperimentationRun structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnelsRapidly iterate on ad creatives, copies, hooks, and formats for scaleIdentify winning patterns and double down on what works4.⁠ ⁠Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze performance using Firebase, Appsflyer/Adjust, GA, Meta & Google dashboardsBuild clear weekly and monthly reports with insights, not just numbersTranslate data into actionable growth decisions5.⁠ ⁠Budget Ownership & ROIOwn monthly marketing budgets and ensure efficient capital deploymentForecast spend vs growth impact and plan scale phasesStrong focus on ROI-driven growth, not vanity metricsQualifications & ExperienceMust-Have3–6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing for Consumer Apps (B2C)Proven experience running and scaling paid ads on Google and MetaHands-on experience managing large monthly ad budgets (₹10L+ / $50K+ per month or higher)Strong understanding of app growth metrics and mobile attributionExperience scaling apps across India and/or global marketsStrongly PreferredExperience with subscription-based or freemium consumer appsPrior experience in high-growth startups or consumer tech companiesFamiliarity with creative strategy for performance (UGC, video ads, hooks, iterations)Experience collaborating with product, design, and content teamsSkills & MindsetExtremely data-driven with a growth-first mindsetComfortable with high ownership and accountabilityStrong analytical thinking with attention to detailAbility to move fast, test aggressively, and scale winnersObsessed with performance, efficiency, and outcomesWhat Success Looks Like in This RoleConsistent reduction in CAC while scaling user acquisitionStrong improvements in LTV, retention, and ROASPredictable and scalable paid growth engine for consumer appsClear, insight-driven decision making backed by data
