This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, wearing multiple hats, and turning ideas into execution.Experience : 1 YearLocation : Delhi – JhandewalanSalary Range : 35,000-40,000 per monthKey responsibilities :Work on new and emerging ventures beyond core business operations.Conceptualize, plan, and execute business ideas from 0 to 1 with a strong focus on scalability and impactConduct in-depth market research, including analysis of vendors, product lines, and business segments to identify opportunitiesBuild structured execution roadmaps and drive end-to-end project implementation across functionsCollaborate closely with leadership on strategic initiatives, growth plans, and new business linesInteract with customers, vendors, and internal teams to gain on-ground insights and ensure seamless coordinationTake ownership of projects, build processes from scratch, and ensure timely executionRequirements :1 year of experience in a startup environment or Founder’s Office roleBachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related fieldStrong problem-solving skills with a hands-on execution mindsetHighly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership in ambiguous environmentsSmart, articulate, and confident communicator with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholdersStrong research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
