Brilliant technical support engineers are needed to ensure those systems and team members remain online and that the company can deliver its award winning services at all times.
This is a varied role for a “real” techie to join other like minded people in something that could, if the candidate wanted it to – evolve into either career opportunities including helpdesk management, infrastructure development or more specialised technology roles. The company is continually expanding and its technology requirements are growing all the time.
Technologies used by Alertacall include TCP/IP, WiFi (Ubiquiti), switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, Linux, Windows Server, SIP/VoIP, M2M Sims, physical and virtualised servers, containerisation, DevOps, helpdesk systems, Chromebooks, Windows, Apple, Google/Microsoft office Suites, hardware from Dell, HP, Fortinet, Netgear and more.
