About the role

As the Recruitment Advisor – Talent Pathways, you will provide a full life cycle support for talent development in the organisation from recruitment through to achieving the desired position and development goal outcomes.

In this position you’ll:

• Work directly with all levels of Leadership and across all operations to support pathway talent during the dedicated period of development.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for all Apprentices, Graduates, Traineeships, Vacation and Work Experience, Entry Level Operator Programmes, Upskilling Operator Programme and any other relevant programmes that fall within this scope of work
• Manage onboarding and mobilisation processes for each programme
• Work closely with HR Advisory Team to understand scope of each programme intake including strategy of intakes, timeframes, employee numbers, and site allocations

Necessary skills and qualifications:

• Tertiary Education in Human Resources/Business or related field
• Experience working with all levels of leadership to recruit and support talent
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• High-volume recruitment experience across: trades & labour and professional & technical skillsets
