Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English and French)

About us and the Role:

MVP Group is dedicated to being a leader in the food service industry while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Our products are currently being used in Subway restaurants worldwide, Burger King, as well as Marriott and Best Western Hotels to name a few.

MVP Group is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in our Montreal office. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Resolves product and/or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
• Maintains a high level of professionalism with customers
• Serves customers by providing product and service information
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information in database
• Maintains customer records during and after each call by updating account information in database
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Your Skills and Abilities:

• Bilingual (French and English)
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

Additional Details:

• 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Day shift.

• Salary: $37,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year as per experience
