Talent Acquisition Specialist – based in Hethel, Norfolk with some remote working
We now have an exciting requirement for an Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our busy recruitment team supporting our Operations function. Lotus are currently going through an exciting time of growth and are busy recruiting for a wide range of positions.

Main duties:

  • Consistently demonstrates subject matter excellence in delivering a great talent acquisition service to their customers for both permanent and contingent hires
  • Planning and delivering recruitment events to generate candidates
  • Planning and taking part in assessment centres for general operatives and supervisor level roles
  • Working with our 3rd party agency provider to ensure SLAs are adhered to
  • Taking a key role in root cause analysis and continuous improvement of our recruitment service within a high volume hiring environment
  • Able to see blockers in a process and manage resolution of any problems promptly
  • Project Management of improvement initiatives in line with Group Lotus Talent Acquisition Strategy and priorities
  • Delivery of target headcount for our Operations teams
    • End to end recruitment from job posting through to offer and generating contracts.
    • Direct sourcing CV’s, recruitment advertising and liaising with agencies
    • Management of the companies ATS (Success Factors) and other recruitment portals
    • Assisting with the contractor extensions in line with IR35
    • Preparing recruitment reports, metrics and dashboards.
    • Promoting and helping to manage best practice in all recruitment and selection processes
    • Proactive candidate management

Essential Criteria:

Significant experience of recruitment within a high volume environment, both permanent and contingent.

  • Experience of ATS systems, and proactive sourcing via LinkedIn and other direct sources, particularly running recruitment events
  • Knowledge of all appropriate employment law including IR35, protected characteristics and UK GDPR.
  • Good level of IT literacy including Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail
  • Good written/verbal communication skills to all business levels
  • Experience working in a fast past environment
  • Strong customer service focus.

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience using SuccessFactors

  • Supplier management and processing invoices
  • HR analytics, data and reporting skills using Power BI or other dashboards
