The role:

Crimson Panda partners with businesses, mainly in the gaming and technology space to deliver fantastic recruitment experiences for candidates and hiring managers. So are we a recruitment agency? NO. Our model is very different, we become (part of) our client’s inhouse recruitment team, looking after the whole process*, so what we, and hopefully you do is the following:

• Work on role profile brief with the hiring manager, understanding exactly what’s needed.
• Build out an advertising campaign (this will be a mixture of role and company advertising).
• Proactively approach and source candidates
• Carry out first level screen, and shortlist candidates
• Manage selection (interview/test) process
• Own offer process
• Manage the ATS either ours or the partners, making sure its shipshape, and we are collecting the data we need
• Keeping the client happy, updates, intel and all that.

You are not alone! There is a dedicated and growing team to work with, bounce ideas off, and vent at as needed.

Its not just recruitment, while recruitment is the focus, we work across a whole range of HR activities from Employer Branding and EVP projects, to Market Research and HR System implementation, there will be opportunities to get involved.

Who would be good at this role:

Effectively, someone who loves the buzz of recruitment, could be working in an agency looking for a more inhouse type role (less KPIs, more certainty), or you could be working inhouse on recruitment, looking to deploy your consultative skills on a bigger variety of work, where you are the rockstar (fee-earner), its probably not the job for a database jockey, as the roles and locations of our recruitment is very changeable.

What you will be bringing to the table:

• Experience working in a recruitment focused role, dealing with hiring managers
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates from a variety of channels
• Ability to work on multiple and varied vacancies concurrently
•
